2. Transit Times and Logistics Partners

We facilitate delivery within the European region through established priority courier networks, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, the estimated transit time is between 4 and 9 working days. Please note that these timeframes are based on standard carrier operations to major European destinations.

3. Automated Tracking and Notifications

To maintain transparency throughout the delivery process, our system transmits automated updates to the email address provided at checkout. You will receive notifications at the following stages:

• When your consignment is dispatched from our facility.
• When the parcel reaches key regional distribution hubs.
• When the shipment is out for local delivery by the courier.

Each notification includes a tracking reference to monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time.

5. Delivery Resolution Protocol

Following the conclusion of the carrier’s investigation, we will provide a resolution based on the findings, which may include a full refund of the purchase amount or a replacement shipment.
