To expedite the resolution, please provide clear photographic evidence of the issue. Upon verification, we will issue a refund or send a replacement immediately. In these instances, you are not required to return the damaged item.

How do I request a refund? Refund requests should be submitted to our customer service email. Once approved, funds are credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that banks may require additional processing time to reflect the transaction in your account.
