We provide various physical support items, including workstation and mobile accessories. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices for our items are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, or suspension of the Service. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through the available payment methods on our website.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship to customers within the European region. We cooperate with priority logistics partners such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS to facilitate the transit of orders.

  • Estimated Transit Time: Order processing and shipping take 1-2 business days, while transportation takes 4-9 business days.
  • Tracking: Automated notifications will be sent to the email address provided at checkout at key stages, including order dispatch, arrival at sorting facilities, and local delivery.
  • Delayed Shipments: Should an order exceed the standard transit window, we will conduct an inquiry with the carrier. Depending on the findings, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund.

6. TRANSFER OF RISK AND OWNERSHIP

In accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer only when the customer, or a third party indicated by the customer (other than the carrier), has acquired physical possession of the items.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14-DAY RETURN POLICY)

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

8. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact our customer service via email immediately. You will be required to provide evidence (such as photographs) of the issue.

Upon verification, we will process a refund or send a replacement. In such cases, there is no requirement to return the damaged item.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not represent that the use of our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

In no case shall Schäfer Shop GmbH, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the products procured using the service.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.
